1. Return Eligibility & 10-Day Window

You may request a return within 10 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. To qualify for a full merchandise refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be new, unused, uninstalled, and unwashed, in the exact condition received.
• All original retail packaging, protective inserts, manuals, hardware packets, and factory tags must be included.
• Your order number or packing slip must accompany the return shipment.

2. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

1. Request Authorization: Email our support team at atelier@suvorabazaar.shop or call +91 78967 30180 within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Return Instructions & Label: Within 1 business day, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions referencing our return facility at plot no 22, mahesh puri calony, Niwaru Rd, near by darbar school, Parmanand Nagar, Shanti Path, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012, India.
3. Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the parcel with the designated carrier.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? Contact us at atelier@suvorabazaar.shop to request a direct exchange. Once your return shipment is scanned in transit or inspected at our facility, we will dispatch the replacement item promptly.

5. Refund Timeline & Payment Method

Once your returned parcel arrives at our facility, our team completes inspection within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the credit to post on your statement.
